DIAMOND AGE

A collaboration between artist Taras Yoom and GASP Diamonds

Bangkok-based artist Taras Yoom introduces a new chapter in the Yoomoota art universe — the Diamond Age collection, crafted in silver and set with both natural and lab-grown diamonds. Debuting in collaboration with GASP Diamonds, with a limited-edition chess set and figurine, the series unites two distinctive yet complementary works within the same bold and imaginative visual language. Showcasing Yoom’s precision as a jeweler and GASP’s fifty years of industry expertise, the collection continues the exploration of wealth and power throughout human history.

Wisdom — brilliant as a diamond
Another Kingdom: Diamond Age, a chess set that expands Yoom’s internationally acclaimed gaming line Another Kingdom. The piece revisits the familiar narrative of two opposing kingdoms as a metaphor for humanity, now revealing the allure of precious gems. This chess set captures a moment of silence amid the chaos of battle, when rivals recognize the futility of war. Here, the pursuit of knowledge and safety outweighs the drive for dominance, offering a vision of peace and renewal. The work conveys that true power lies not in weapons, but in wisdom — brilliant as a diamond.

This limited chess series is presented in two editions, each featuring 55 carats of gemstones: 21 sets crafted with lab-grown diamonds and 11 with natural ones. Every piece is embedded with an NFC chip — a digital certificate that validates, authenticates, and records the work’s provenance. The refined palette of materials — silver and diamonds — elevates the traditions of jewelry art within a contemporary sculptural form.
Where art meets inheritance
This exclusive sculpture transforms the concept of wealth into a timeless statement piece. Handcast in sterling silver and adorned with diamonds — both natural and lab-grown — it celebrates the elegance of legacy over the speed of fortune. Genuine banknotes from more than fifteen countries, withdrawn from circulation, are integrated into the design, symbolizing the flow of capital through generations and across borders.

Following Yoom’s acclaimed Fast Money sculpture, Old Money shifts the narrative — from the fleeting to the eternal, from the chase to the heritage. It’s a reflection of value that endures, glimmering not only in metal and stone, but in meaning.

Old Money: Diamond Age — because true wealth is never new.
SILVER STALLION
Crafted in two editions of 11 sculptures each — one with lab-grown diamonds and the other with colorful gemstones — these works reimagine the canonical knight figure from the Another Kingdom chess set, elevating it to the main character of the game.

The Year of the Horse
Silver Stallion continues Yoomoota’s renowned gaming line, transforming the signature chess knight into a standalone art object. This whimsical creature embodies unpredictability: its eyes look in different directions, reflecting the L-shaped moves, while its stance hints at the uncanny ability to jump over the pieces. No attack can block this fork master, just as none can resist its precious gleam. The artwork makes a knight’s move, merging jewelry-grade craftsmanship with contemporary art and offering a fresh perspective on a beloved game piece.

This limited sculpture series is presented in two editions of 11 pieces. The first edition is crafted with lab-grown diamonds and the other with colorful gemstones, including yellow sapphire, peridot, topaz, green and red garnet, citrine, amethyst, and black spinel. The refined palette of materials — silver, diamonds and gemstones — elevates the traditions of jewelry art within a contemporary sculptural form.
